عند ذهابنا نحن أفراد الأسرة لقسم الشرطة تم الاعتداء على أخت تسنيم بالضرب من قبل أفراد الأمن، وتم تهديد أفراد العائلة باعتقالهم جميعا! تسنيم طالبة جامعية في كلية التجاره تم اختطافها بدون أي سند قانوني أو اتهام حقيقي، لتبيت ليلتها في قسم الشرطة مع المسجونين الجنائيين في أسوأ ظروف اعتقال ممكنة. واستمرارا لظلم وطغيان وزارة الداخلية، تم استمرار اعتقال تسنيم وتلفيق تهمة حرق عربية الشرطة ومحاولة قتل ضابط! بالإضافة لتهم أخرى. وتم عرضها على النيابة وتجديد حبسها لمدة 15 يوما من قبل وكيل النيابة الذي اعتبر "تهمتها" المفترضة بالمشاركة في مسيرة بالجامعة أخطر من حمل المخدرات والخمور على حد قوله! وهذا بالرغم من عدم وجود أي أدلة على تلك الاتهامات الملفقة.
ونطالب وزارة الداخلية بالإفراج الفوري عن تسنيم وإسقاط التهم الملفقة، ونطالب وسائل الإعلام المسئولة والمنظمات الحقوقية بتبني قضية تسنيم والضغط لإنقاذ حياة ومستقبل فتاة بريئة لم يكن لها ذنب سوى تواجدها أمام جامعتها، وهو ما قد صار جريمة في عرف الداخلية المصرية.

A statement from the family of the kidnapped student Tasneem Abdulhakeem Mustafa
On April, the Egyptian security forces decided to kidnap the 23-year-old college student Tasneem Abdulhakeem Mustafa Farrag from the front of Mansoura Ukniversity.
This was the place where a detective from those at the front of the university accused her that she might be one of the participants in the demonstrations at the university. Accordingly, he headed to inform the security personnel who were there and whom kidnapped her for that accusation. Before being transported to the police station she was detained in the police club next door to the Mansoura University for 4 hours. During which she was assaulted physically and verbally, which also continued during her transport to the police station. When we, the family members, went to see her at the police station, the security personnel assaulted Tasneem's sister and beaten her, and they threatened to arrest all the family members!
Tasneem, a college student in Commerce School, has been kidnapped without any legal basis or a real charge against her, to spend the night in the police department with criminal prisoners in the worst possible detention conditions. In continuation to the injustice and tyranny of the Ministry of the Interior, the detention of Tasneem has been continued by fabricating charges of burning down a police car and a police officer murder attempt! In addition to some other charges as well. After being presented to the prosecution, her detention was renewed for 15 more days by the prosecutor who considered her "charge" supposedly was the participation in a march in the university that is more dangerous than carrying drugs and alcohol, as he stated! That is in spite of the absence of any evidence of the trumped-up charges.
We demand the Ministry of Interior of an immediate release and drop of all the fabricated charges. We call for the responsible media and human rights organizations to adopt the cause of Tasneem and pressure to save the life and the future of an innocent girl, all her fault was the presence in front of her university, which turned to be a crime in the eyes of the Ministry of Interior.
